Experiential Media Research at Work aims to enhance student education by integrating higher education with practical work experience. The goal of the course is to utilize theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom, and apply it to the demands of the communications, media and culture industries. Students will gain insight into the field and will have an advantage in pursuing future careers. With the guidance of the Professor MacLennan and the support from the prospective employer, the students will become confident employees.

Students will take the next steps by building on research skills acquired at the University to the application of these skills to a work experience.

We believe that students who complete the Experiential Media course will be enriched in the field of Communications and gain experience that will enhance their careers.
